Joshua Elbaz is an accomplished Georgia Attorney and experienced Trial Lawyer dedicated to serving his clients. Joshua grew up in Suwanee, Georgia and attended high school and college in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Joshua prides himself on the fact that he is a true “Gwinnettian”, having lived in and grown up in Gwinnett County, Georgia. For his undergraduate studies, Joshua studied at Georgia Gwinnett College (GGC) and earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration. After his undergraduate studies, he then went on to attend Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School and graduated with distinct honors and awards.

During his law school career, Joshua wasted no time in getting to work. He  worked with one of metro Atlanta's most experienced criminal defense attorneys, where he garnered and took an extensive interest in criminal trial work. During law school, Joshua participated in over 10 felony jury trials. After graduation of law school, Joshua mastered his trial skills by serving as an Assistant District Attorney (ADA) in the Gwinnett County District Attorney’s Office prosecuting major felony cases.

Mr. Elbaz also teaches as an Adjunct Professor of legal studies at Georgia Gwinnett College (GGC) during his free time. Mr. Elbaz takes pride being in the courtroom and fighting for his clients. Joshua is a member of the Gwinnett County Bar Association; the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (GACDL); and The National Trial Lawyers Association where he has been inducted as a Top 40 under 40 Trial Lawyer. Joshua enjoys being a member of the Gwinnett County community,  and for 2023, was named by the Gwinnett Young Professionals as a 35 under 35 winner. During his free time, Joshua loves to work-out, play sports, and travel.
